"Анализ показал, что регулярное дезинфицирование помещений в целом резко повышает уровень заболеваемости детей: на 20% увеличивает риск того, что ребенок заболеет гриппом, на 35% – рецидивирующим тонзиллитом, и на 18% – любым другим инфекционным заболеванием.

Одним из объяснений этого феномена, считают исследователи, может быть то, что вещества, выделяемые дезинфектантами в воздух во время уборки, повреждают клетки слизистой оболочки дыхательных путей, вызывая воспаление и облегчая процесс проникновения в них инфекций.
