Ingredients:
Sage or thyme.
Mint essential oil.
Sea salt.
White clay (important as it is for internal use, also can have the name of kaolin).
Preparation:
Make an infusion with the Sage or thyme, (a glass of water boiling with a small spoon of Sage or thyme for 4 minutes).
Filter infusion, e.g. using a gauze.
A clean glass adds two tablespoons of infusion with 2 drops of essence of mint and a pinch of sea salt.
Add 3 tablespoons of white clay and stir with a small spatula until all uniform.
It is placed in a suitable container (a small bottle for example) and kept in refrigerator.
Considerations to keep in mind:
It lasts a long time provided that we keep it in the fridge.
The container should always be glass.
There is no problem for the enamel, does not cause neither spots nor is more abrasive than any normal toothpaste.
